He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Reese and Wiley Goolsby Reese; his wife Louise Gunnells Reese; his daughter Judy Hilley; his siblings, Vester Reese and Bessie Morris; and his grandson Richard Arthur.
He is survived by: his children, Gene Reese (Wanda) and Janet Arthur (Gary); his grandchild Nikki Arthur; and his great grandchildren, Michael Peek and Andy Peek.
