It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Howard Bailey of Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on September 8, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Katie Belle Rice Howard; her son Brent Bailey; her grandson Zeke Bailey; and her sisters, Irene Terry, Eloise Cochran and Mary McBath.
She is survived by: her children, Sherald Bailey of Franklin, Scott Bailey (Angie) of Franklin, Kim Nutt (Johnny) of Franklin and Chris Bailey of Franklin; her daughter-in-law Shea Bailey; her grandchildren, Kasie Farris, Chant Bailey, Jordan Nutt, Kelsey Battles, Jarred Bailey, Jena Steele, Zac Bailey, Caity Bailey and Cade Bailey; and her brothers, Walter Howard of Dacula and James Howard of Whitesburg. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
