He is survived by: his mother Helen Ann Ogletree Mills of Franklin; his children, Cody Yeargan (Brian Conlon) of Atlanta and Sarah Harris of Franklin; and his siblings, Melody Daniel of Franklin, Marion Ortiz (Edy) of Rex, GA and Steve Daniel of Wedowee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
