He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Cannon and Katherine Irene Williamson Dean; and his cousin Ricky Potts. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Rogers (Chip) of Rome, GA and Wendy Edelkind (Zohar) of Rome, GA; his grandchildren, Cannon Rogers, Mallory Rogers, Joseph Edelkind and Lily Edelkind; the mother of his children Wanda Cannon of LaGrange; his caregiver Sharon Hill of LaGrange; and his siblings, Norma Jean Jennings of Bremen and Toney Cannon (Lisa) of Franklin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Stutts Funeral Home (2717 Franklin Pkwy, Franklin, GA 30217).
