It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Lamar Phillips of Franklin, Georgia, who passed away on December 10, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Phillips of Franklin; his daughters, Cathi Matrone (Jim) of Adairsville, Kim Ray (Robert) of Roanoke and Connie Dockery (Buzz) of Franklin; and his grandchildren, Dakota Matrone (Krystal), Emmaline Phillips (James), Mikayla Dockery, Celena Funk (Randy) and Daniel Dockery. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
