He is survived by: his wife Linda Starnes Rogers of Franklin; his children, Julia Hand (Jason Moore) of Niota, TN, Nick Rogers (Ashley) of Sharpsburg and Tony Hand of Franklin; his grandchildren, Dallas Hand of Chula, GA and Cody Hand of Franklin; his brother Tracey Rogers (Shirley) of Ephesus; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Rogers of Ephesus and Rex Walden of Enterprise, AL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
