He was predeceased by: his father Anthony DiGeronimo; his uncle Michael DiGeronimo; his aunt Barbara Bruno; his brother Patrick DiGeronimo; and his niece Cassidy Hall.

He is survived by: his mother Frances DiGeronimo; his wife Angella; his daughters, Andrea, Catherine and Emma; his uncles, Richard DiGeronimo and Alex Mesquita; his siblings, Angela, Nicol (Gil), Michael (Nikki) and Jaime (Meghan); his nieces and nephews, James, Joseph, Elizabeth, Jayden, Kaitlyn, William, Nicholas, Sofia and Ryan; and his great-nephews, Christian, Tristen and Damon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation or that acts of kindness be extended in Tony's memory.
