He was predeceased by: his parents, E. J. Tapp and Ida Tapp; his wife Betty Moon Tapp; and his children, Michael, Samuel Tapp and Sheila Jean Tapp.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Robert Tapp, Melissa Diaz and Jessica Page; and his great grandchildren, Ezra Tapp, Ava Page, Marcus Page, Seth Page, Issac Diaz and Rio Diaz. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home (355 Dawsonville Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
