With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Betty Johnson Luttrell of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Centralia, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 10, 2025 at the age of 94. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Allen and Kathryn Porter Allen; her husbands, Robert S. Johnson and Jack Luttrell; and her sister Sue E. Hudson.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara J. Johnson (Beverly A. Freeman); her grandchildren, Aaron (Jessica), Gabriele (Matt), Lydia (Luke) and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Zoe, Isaiah, Levi, Elijah and Lilli; her stepdaughters, Dianne (Mike) and Gisele (Ken); her stepgrandchildren, Brantley (Leigh), Jessica (Bryan), McCarty, Kerby (Stephen), Cody and Jared; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Eloise, Henry, Wyatt, Luke, Jack, Emilia and Sophia.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Bartow (410 E Church St, Bartow, FL 33830).
