He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel Dover and Lorene "Rener" Savage Dover; his wife Deborah Boreiter Dover; and his sisters, Thelma Elliott and Martha Elliott.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Elliott of Gainesville, Howard Elliott of Dallas, Irene Evans of Oakwood, Judy McDaniel of Winder and Shirley Clarke of Cleveland.
