She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Latimer and Fannie Rosalee Latimer; her husband Dewey Baxter; and her daughter Linda. She is survived by: her sons, Dewey Jr. (Lisa Baxter) and Dennis (Pam Baxter); her grandson Alden Eavenson (Sachi); and her great grandchild Charlie of Oakland, CA..

A burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Gardens (2284 Candler Rd, Decatur, GA 30032).
