Brenda Cook Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 13, 2025, at the age of 82, Brenda Cook of Gainesville, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brenda Cook to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent JC; her siblings, Terry Simmons and Barbara Simmons Gooch; and her daughter-in-law Lori Elkins Cook. She is survived by: her husband Anthony Lee Cook; her children, Bobby Cook, Nancy, Timmy Cagle and Misty; her son-in-law Chris Bales; her grandchildren, Chris, Rush Davenport, Cody, Cason Cagle, Michael and Claudia Combs; her siblings, Joyce Strickland, Lynn Grindle and Tony; her sisters-in-law, Joan Simmons and Diane Simmons Gravitt; and her granddaughter Amanda Norris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request that donations be made to the American Heart Association in Brenda name.
