She was predeceased by: her parents, Orman Ross and Dell Ross of Oxford, Mississippi.. She is survived by: her husband Ron Grindle of Gainesville, Georgia; her children, Jeff Briscoe (Merri) of Gainesville, Georgia and Lesley Scott (David) of Braselton, Georgia; her stepson Ronny Grindle (Beth) of Greenville; her grandchildren, Jackson, Macy, Carter, Lucas and Cooper; and her siblings, Bonnie Maxey of Vista, California and Jimmy Ross of Oxford, Mississippi..
Pinecrest is where she found her love for working with the children in the childrens' nursery every Sunday morning after her bout with Alzheimer's began. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Pinecrest Baptist Church in her memory.
