He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Haspy and Elsie Mae Hanes Elliott; and his siblings, George Elliott and Lynn Elliott. He is survived by: his sister Margie; his brother-in-law John Smith; and his nephews, Kelly Elliott, Hart Smith and Tyler Smith.
