Clara leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Clara’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Clara will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Byrd and Hoyt Byrd; her stepmother Ruth Byrd; her sister Pat Truitt; her brother-in-law George Truitt; her nephew Rev. Scott Truitt; and her niece Wanda Truitt.
She is survived by: her brother Ronnie Byrd; her sister-in-law Heidi Byrd; her nephew Rev Wayne Truitt (Shirley Truitt); and her niece Lynn Truitt. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Warsaw Cemetery (10030 Medlock Bridge Rd, Johns Creek, GA 30097).
