He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nolan and Daisy Turk Harris; and his sister Donna Hulsey. He is survived by: his wife Shelia Harris of Gainesville, GA; his children, Victoria "Vicki" Budd of Homer, GA and Steven; his daughter-in-law Jessica Harris of Clyde, NC; his son Josh Baker of Kokomo, IN; his grandchildren, Brianna Budd, Conner Budd, Landry Alexander and Lark Harris; his great grandchildren, Gaia and Sebastian; his mother-in-law Evelyn Coker; his brother-in-law David Hulsey; and his brothers, Emory (Ginny Coker) and Mitch (Pam Reddick). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, and a multitude of friends.
