She was predeceased by: her husband George Faulkner; and her parents, Lewis Chestnut and Myrtice Chestnut. She is survived by: her children, Dan Faulkner, Melinda Smith, Wayne Faulkner, Barry Faulkner and Renee Youngblood; and her sister Rosemary Ely. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
