With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Denelle Whitmire of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on September 16, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Denelle is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Denelle's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Mote and Lucille Mote; and her husband Raymond Whitmire. She is survived by: her sons, Rick and Ross Whitmire. She is also survived by daughter & son-in-law, Rhonda (Danny) Mays, 16 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
