She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Howard Head, Sr. and Marion Veronica Lancaster Head; and her siblings, Lloyd Head, Jr., Jeffrey Head and Kathy Head.
She is survived by: her sons, Derek Allison and Corey Allison; her siblings, Judy Head (Danny), Donald Head, Leroy Head, Dean Head, Jay Head, Gerald Conklin and Alex Head (Sherri); and her sister-in-law Janet Head. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
