He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tommy G. Jr., Simon, Lee, Willie Lee, Lloyd, Floyd and Robert.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Eddie B. Gladmon Jr. (Josselyn), Felicia Michelle Gladmon and Brian Gladmon, Sr. (Anastasia); his brother Randolph Gladmon of Washington, GA; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jones and Nettie Ambrose of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
