She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Worley and Geneva Chandler Worley; her sister Julie Worley Lacey; and her brother-in-law Colie Lacey. She is survived by: her husband Stanley; her daughter Cheri Turk (Arvin); her stepdaughter Kristi Simmons; her grandsons, Matthew Turk, Hastin Simmons and Brandon Turk (Jasmine); her great grandchildren, Brantley and Stetson Turk; her sister Maxine Trapnell (Dudley); and her mother-in-law Helen Capps. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to My Sister's Place or St. Jude's Hospital.
