It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Clairvil Dasmy in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on May 24, 2025, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Lesly Dasmy; her son Greg Dasmy (Jordan); her grandchild Everrett; her son Christopher Dasmy (Kashema Gray); her siblings, Sherly Augustin Georges (Frantz Georges), Mona Fontaine (Evens Fontaine), Myrtha Clairvil, Mirnelle Elioner (Moliere Elioner), Farengton Cairvil (Coretta Clairvil) and Andrenord Clairvil (Bonite CLairvil); her nieces and nephews, Daryl Georges, Darnel Georges (Stacia Georges), Britney Georges, Evens Fontaine Jr., Shana Fontaine, Tyler Fontaine, Abigail Elioner, Anaelle Elioner and Kaisha Cherie; and her parents, Tancrede Clairvil and Marie Floriana Louis.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (319 Grayson Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046). A repast will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the The Venue at Friendship Spring (7340 Friendship Spring Blvd., Flowery Branch, GA 30542).
Her devotion extended to several organizations including FENADBH (Fédération Nationale des Don Bosco d'Haïti), FMA (Filles de Marie Auxiliatrice), and the Women's Rock Club.
