He is survived by: his daughter Betty; his son-in-law Gregory Bennett of Maysville; his children, Evelyn Todd of Hiawassee, Brenda Meeker of Cedartown and Alan; his daughter-in-law Pamela Taylor of Crescent City; his sisters, Bertha Whitlock of Chickamauga, Floy Smith Wood of Nicholson and Gladys Cain of Commerce; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra and Russell Elrod. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great- grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
