He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank G. Lake, Jr. and Frances Lake (Shealy). He is survived by: his wife Jane; his sons, Andrew Lake (Leena), Jason Lake (Ryan) and Frank Lake IV (Dee); his grandchildren, Frank Lake V, Jackson Lake, Kiran Lake, Devan Lake, Owen Bailey and Emma Lake; and his sister Irene Lake Haight.
