She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynon Beck and Minnie Beck; and her husband Richard W. Tidwell. She is survived by: her children, Michele Highfield (Darren) of Gainesville and Christopher Tidwell of Gainesville; her brothers, Charles Beck of Florida and Fred Beck of Cedartown; her grandchildren, Samuel and Leslie Highfield; and her great grandchildren, Dallas and Delaney Highfield.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504).
