She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierce Stowe and Purney Stowe; and her husband Grover Dover. She is survived by: her children, Kristi Frankum of Cornelia and Todd Frankum (Judy) of Talmo; her siblings, Jimmy Stowe (Amy) of Palm Coast, FL, Eddie Stowe (Mary) of Palm Coast, FL and Sandra Bennett of Homer, GA; her grandchildren, Meghan Crieder, Jessica Arnold, Joshua and Amanda Arnold; and her friends, Todd Cameron and Wanda Stewart. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Home (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504).
