He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hale (Henton); his children, Gregory Artice Hale (Erica), Jasper Hale, Valarie Hinton Hale, Elisha Hinton Hale and Kerrianne Hinton; his siblings, Kimberly Stephens (Torress), Belinda Richardson of North Carolina, Daryn Thames of Florida and Lament Weaver; his grandchildren, Creed, Ashton Wilson, Kuteshia Hale (Kalisha), LaBrage Hale and Gregory Hale (Carla); and his stepchildren, Lexi Hale, Lariya Hale and Leyah Simmons (Hale). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wimberly Funeral Home (325 Summit St SE, Gainesville, GA 30501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
