We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2025, at the age of 90, Helen Joyce Taylor (Gainesville, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Helen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Audry Gaston Jones and Lillian Wilson Jones of Lubbock, Texas.; her children, Janet Yoho and J. M. Taylor Jr.; and her husband J. M. Taylor Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Baeumel (David Baeumel) of Oakwood. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul United Methodist Church.
