It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ila Mae Grizzle of Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Smith and Tina Smith; her son Ronnie Grizzle; and her siblings, Mary Tanner, Sally White, Joe Smith, Alton Smith, Ett Grizzle (Evelyn), Gene Smith, Lee Smith, Bob Smith and Cecil Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Grizzle; her children, Mike Grizzle (Angela), Debbie Lott (Steve), Lisa Marlow (Ricky) and Angie Vandiver (Mark); her daughter-in-law Tammy Grizzle; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma Smith, Geraldine Dunmire and Linda Smith (Donald). She is also survived by 10 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
