He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Williams Gibson, Sr. and Myrna Robertson Gibson; and his brother-in-law Montie Wayne Heath. He is survived by: his son Justin Kennedy; his sisters, Susan G. Kepley (Charles), Ruthie G. Reynolds (Don), Deborah Heath and Myrna Cannon (Ronald); and his close friend Harry Oakes (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
