She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Elmer and Jessie McCloud Massey; her brother Jimmy; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Massey and Freida Hall Travis.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Fred Hall; her daughter Jessica; her son-in-law Scott Appling of Lavonia, Georgia; her grandsons, Alex (Brett Breedlove) and Dylan Appling (Logan Tatum); her brother Doug; and her nieces and nephews, Sandy Whitworth, Angy Fowler (Sandy), Brandon Hall (Christine), Beth Jarvis (Steve), Jennifer Colson (Eric) and Cole Hall.
The family is accepting flowers, or memorial contributions may be made to the Gilmer Christian Learning Center, in c/o Jennifer Colson, 183 Bobcat Trail, Ellijay, Georgia 30540, in memory of Mrs. Hall.
