He is survived by: his son Steven Derrick Howell of Gainesville, GA; his sisters, Dianne Costlow of Gainesville, GA and Cindy Aldridge of Tallassee, AL; and his aunt Peggy Henderson of Dothan, AL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
