Paul McNeal and Willie Bell Cagle McNeal; his son Donald McNeal; his grandchildren, Heather McNeal, Daniel McNeal and Benjamin McNeal; his siblings, Neal McNeal, R. C. McNeal and Mildred Tysor; and his daughters-in-law, Vicki Siniard McNeal and Elizabeth Cunningham McNeal.
He is survived by: his wife Merle McNeal of Flowery Branch; his children, Ronald McNeal (Wanda) of Thomson, Josh McNeal (Gilli) of Flowery Branch, Teresa Cross (Larry) of Buford and Pam Patterson (Tony) of Flowery Branch; his grandchildren, Lara Wayne (Blake) of Braselton, Kayla Williams (Joey) of Chelsea, Rauston McNeal of Flowery Branch and Sidda McNeal of Flowery Branch; his great grandchildren, Raeann Williams of Chelsea, Charleigh Williams of Chelsea, Maela Wayne of Braselton and Isla James Wayne of Braselton; his siblings, Mary Ann Gibbs of Gainesville, Evelyn McGehee of Gainesville and Doug McNeal (Joyce) of Clermont; his brother-in-law Lamar James (Martha) of Flowery Branch; and his friends, Donna Graham and Jill Corbin. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
