He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Petry Tharp; his stepchildren, Paige Petry (Kate), Donovan Petry (Michelle Davidson) and Shannon Pitman (Robert); his grandchildren, Alyson Pagakis (Cody), Drew Petry (Alison), Amber Urso (Levi Ashe), Colin Loyd (Katie) and Joshua Pitman; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Lauren, Reagan, Alexander and MacKenzie; his sister Carol Forney (Dale); his nephews, Edward Rokusek (Deanna) and Casey Forney (Amy); his niece Tish Zadar; and his great-nephews, Cade Forney, Eddie Rokusek II, Dakota Rokusek and Alex Rokusek.
