He is survived by: his children, Shawn Parks Russell (Jason) and Shane Parks (Carol); his grandchildren, Heather Arriaza (Isaac) and Trey Bowers; his sister Deborah Smith (James); and his sibling's children, Brandi Smith and Jackson Frazer. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
