He is survived by: his wife Martha Randolph; his siblings, Julie Etheridge and Joe "Bud" Randolph (Deidra); and his children, Miguel Owens (Denise), Portia Holcombe and Monique Dixon (Lee). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
