Lackey (Bob); his daughter-in-law Nicky Lackey; his grandchildren, Matthew Ruff, Lauren Quaife, Jessica Rodriguez and Ashley Pitts; his sister Diane McKinney of Murfreesboro, TN; and his siblings-in-law, Martha Lipscomb of Gainesville, GA, Mildred and J. L. Britt of Roswell, GA.. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
