He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Crumley and Evelyn Crumley; and his son Scott Crumley (Sally Crumley). He is survived by: his wife Sally; his children, Steve Crumley (Kim) and Karen Slizewski (Ron); his stepson Scott Haberman (Ruth); his grandchildren, Sydney Erlinger (Thomas), Logan Crumley (Brooke), Ronnie Slizewski (Kelsi), Randi Archer (Josh), Rachel Slizewski, Jesse Crumley and Aubree Crumley; his stepgrandchildren, Charlie and Erik Haberman; and his sisters, Marie Allen and Pat Seagraves. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
