He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Peyton Allen Patterson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Anne Kirby Warnock; his children, LeighAnne Patterson and Mark Allen Warnock; his grandchildren, Jennie Fisher Voynich (Mike), Richard B. Patterson and Kayleigh Star Warnock; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel Connor Voynich, Madison Lynn Patterson and Addison Olivia Voynich.
