Joy touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Joy’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her father Mike Banks. She is survived by: her mother Willia Banks; her husband Jeremy Daly; her son Max Stone; her brother Bob Banks (Kirsten); and her niece Ansley Banks.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gainesville-Hall.
In lieu of flowers, Joy's family asks that you honor her life by continuing the work that was so close to her heart. Donations may be made in Joy's name to the Georgia Mountain Food Bank, whose mission of caring for those in need reflects the compassion, generosity, and servant's heart by which Joy lived her life.
