She was predeceased by: her father Jimmy Frank Smith; her husband Larry David Gazaway; and her brother Jimmy Frank Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Gazaway of Gainesville, GA and Jason Gazaway of Hoschton, GA; her grandchildren, Skyler Gazaway of Gainesville, GA and Gage Gazaway of Gainesville, GA; her brother Johnny Smith (Alice) of Gainesville, GA; her sibling's children, Tim and Mandy Smith of Hoschton, GA; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Timberlie Smith of Hoschton, GA, Ty, Mallory Smith of Maysville, GA, Amberli, British Hanna of Hoschton, GA and Rip Smith of Hoschton, GA; and her great-aunt Jayne Stargel of Elkton, VA..

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Memorial Park Funeral Homes (2030 Memorial Park Dr, Gainesville, GA 30504). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
