He is survived by: his wife Denise Ann Rawlins; his children, William Mansell Rawlins and Elizabeth Anna Rawlins (Smith); his son-in-law Vidik Smith; and his siblings, Hollis Lynn Shippey Wilson (Sonny) and Edward Andrew Shippey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
