She was predeceased by: her husband David Scott Strickland; her mother Ethel Thomas Garrison; and her stepfather Erford Garrison. She is survived by: her daughter Tina Cannon; her grandson Carter Cannon; her siblings, Bradley Honea (Susan) and Carolyn Martin; her siblings-in-law, Gloria Davidson, Linda Seago (Joe) and Bradley Strickland; and her stepchildren, Kelly Strickland (Melinda), Stacey Manning (Daniel), Cathy White and Cindy Thompson (Chris). She is also survived by cousins and nephews.
