He is survived by: his wife Connie Roper; his children, ReTricia Owens and Loy Roper III (Michelle); his stepchildren, Alison Stover (Eric) and Lauren Mumford (Joe); and his sister Brenda Cronic. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
