We are sad to announce that, on September 22, 2025, at the age of 96, Lunette Stover of Gainesville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Jackson McDougald, Sr. (FJ) and Eddie Mae McDougald (Hogan); her husband Henry Alfred Stover; her son Donald Stover; her siblings, Runelle Anderson, Ruth Sosbee, Curtis McDougald, Paul McDougald, Buddy McDougald and Floyd J. FJ McDougald (Junior); and her daughter-in-law Kelley Stover.
She is survived by: her sons, Alfred Stover of Gainesville and Dennis Stover (Kristi Stover) of Gainesville; her grandson Andrew Stover of Gainesville; her sisters, Dora Murphy of Gainesville and Shirley McKenney of Johns Creek; and her sisters-in-law, Carmella McDougald, Bertie Sosbee and Modane Stover. She is also survived by friends and neighbors.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to New Bridge Baptist Church, 3120 Cleveland Highway, Gainesville, GA 30506.
