Margaret Ann Ayers Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Ann Ayers (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Columbia, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 16, 2026 at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. O'Day and Ilse Damant O'Day; her brother John P. O'Day III; and her daughter Katrina Reba Ayers. She is survived by: her husband Thomas R. Ayers; her sons, Richard Ayers (Christy) and Patrick Ayers (Rachel); her grandsons, Drew Dockter, Liam Ayers and Thomas G. Ayers; her siblings, Louie O'Day, George O'Day (Ann) and Beatrice West; and her nephews, Wayne and Michael West. She is also survived by many loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Margaret's honor to the American Cancer Society.
