She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Fowler; and her parents, Judge Charles B. Kemmer and Mary Norton Kemmer. She is survived by: her children, Mary Jennifer Woodworth of Bedford, Indiana and Robert Clute Woodworth (Deena) of Gainesville, Georgia; and her sister Elizabeth Kemmer Aldrich of Burlington. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and two great-great nieces.
