We announce the death of Marlon Newton (Gainesville, Georgia), born in Kingston, Georgia, who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 49. He is survived by: his wife LaWannika; his children, Tony (Sara), William (Melissa) and Shanise; his mother Eunice; and his in-laws, Willie and Rose. He is also survived by 9 siblings; 2 granddaughters; and a host of other family members.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Gainesville Civic Center (830 Green St NE, Gainesville, GA 30501).
