It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary June Woodard of Gainesville, Georgia, born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Henry Gordon Woodard; her parents, Silas Overman Robertson and Mary Hortense Brown Robertson; her sister Bobbie Ann Holst; and her granddaughter Rebecca Carey.
She is survived by: her children, Ellen Woodard Carey (Greg), Robert Eldon Woodard (Linda), Gordon Lee Woodard (Grace) and David Keith Woodard (Patricia); her grandchildren, Tyler, Agatha, Zachary, Ben, Daniel, Jim, Hannah, Max, David, Gregory, Sam, Marianne and Levi; and her great grandchildren, Juliet, Henry, June, Maggie Jane, Owen, Jimmy, Clarke, Connor, Charlie, Hope and Thomas. She is also survived by family, June is survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many beloved neighbors and friends.
