He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Mae Carr and J. C. Faulkner; his brother Warren Faulkner; and his niece Carmisha Thompson. He is survived by: his siblings, Elder James A. Carr (Gloria), Jeffrey Faulkner, Janice Mills, Beverly Hudson (Cecil), Mary Moore, Carolyn Jones, Dorothy Carter and Juanita Shun Turner. He is also survived by 24 nephews and nieces, and a host of relatives and friends.
